100 g unsalted butter

2 tbsp pure Canadian maple syrup

1 tsp Terra Lavanda dried lavender flowers

  1. Wisk butter until fluffy and creamy (changes colour to almost white)
  2. Add maple syrup and lavender flowers (lavender can be gently crushed for more flavour), incorporate.
  3. Serve with freshly baked bread. Excellent appetizer on its own or paired with sparkling wine!
