Lavender & maple syrup butter December 13 2016
100 g unsalted butter
2 tbsp pure Canadian maple syrup
1 tsp Terra Lavanda dried lavender flowers
- Wisk butter until fluffy and creamy (changes colour to almost white)
- Add maple syrup and lavender flowers (lavender can be gently crushed for more flavour), incorporate.
- Serve with freshly baked bread. Excellent appetizer on its own or paired with sparkling wine!
